TASK:
Online shopping has become a trend nowadays, and according to research, the number of footfalls has decreased in retail stores by almost 20%. To increase footfall, we need to give the customers a reason to come to the shop.
SOLUTION:
I designed local awareness Ads to achieve multiple Audience bucketing, which means targeting all possible customers with ads to generate potential leads, which increases revenue.
- I designed Radial targeting Ads and directed them to possible customers within 5kms range of every store.
- I provided a relevant call to action to get directions to the store to improve customer satisfaction.
- And also analysed behavioural tracking through various events and types of devices used in the stores’ locations.
RESULT:
All the possible customers in the region started to visit the stores, which resulted in a 60% increase in footfalls.
I achieved the following results,
- 2,98,05,104 impressions
- 3,94,735 clicks
- ₹11,36,161 spent
This is achieved by giving them a good reason to come and offering something they wouldn’t necessarily get elsewhere. So, the task was to achieve maximum customer footfall in the stores, leading to increased sales and revenue.
