Pi Datacenters offers a wide range of services, from data centre hosting to security services. To increase the brand’s awareness, we created a contest on the Twitter platform where most of the tech geeks visit day in and day out.

Task

Developing brand awareness is one of the best ways to market products and services. The idea is first to make people aware of your brand and make them trust it. Once that trust has been developed, gaining customers and getting them to try your products and services is more accessible. Every business owner should want to create brand awareness because it's an effective way to boost sales and gain more revenue. So, the task was to build brand awareness among the masses.

SOLUTION:

Twitter is one of India’s most popular social media sites, and it’s very effective as a promotional tool. So, we conducted a live Twitter contest using the hashtag #Deliveringhappiness, which was the best thing I could have done. Keeping the hashtag short and sweet was a good move because it only helped to create buzz around the event and make people more engaged with us. Things I did,
